We had an amazing experience at mövenpick hotel. from the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. the welcome sorbet during the check-in process was such a good surprise! our deluxe room had a personalized touch with a lovely card, wine, and chocolates waiting for us. at miss mi, we enjoyed a delicious asian dinner, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive. the pool was also a highlight, being both stunning and spotless. we can’t wait to return soon for another stay!
N/a 😕.

The staff is very helpful and excellent and the atmosphere is comfortable. Make sure you stay in the single room on level 4. It's great-sized with a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating...
A little limited breakfast, it should be better.

Loved the superior king room we had on level 4. The location was PERFECT, right by the train station and the bus station as well as the restaurant for breakfast. It also was very close to bus terminal.

Review: The room had a beautiful and modern design with a spacious layout and lovely decor, enhancing the overall ambiance. the breakfast experience felt lacking in variety, particularly for dietary restrictions, and the pool area, while impressive, could benefit from better temperature control. Staff were consistently friendly and attentive, which was a highlight of the stay. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-05-15}

During my recent stay for a sporting event, I was thoroughly impressed by the location right across from Southern Cross Station. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my three-night visit. My room was compact yet beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked bathroom. I particularly loved the afternoon chocolate hour and enjoyed delicious meals at the bar lounge, where the team provided excellent service. The gym and indoor pool added bonus touches to an already stellar experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room, though small for the price, included all necessary facilities, making it functional for our needs. this accommodation is not the only option available, giving flexibility for families like mine, with two adults and one child.
One minor downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity, which occasionally interrupted my work.

Clean and quiet hotel, ideal for explorers.
The breakfast experience was frustrating and chaotic. Items were often unavailable, and the layout made it difficult to navigate. The air conditioning was not user-friendly, switching between extreme temperatures, which disrupted our sleep. The service in the café was disappointingly slow.

The location was perfect, heaps close to Spencer Street station, but the breakfast was a real letdown, too chaotic with items constantly running out. The room was comfy, though!

I had a pretty frustrating experience at this hotel. We got stuck in the elevator for about ten minutes, and when we finally got help, the staff were super dismissive and didn't even apologize. It made a scary situation way worse!
